Auto-approve threshold

The largest trade the bot may sign without asking for your password. You enter it as a native amount on your active chain; the bot converts it to a USD equivalent so the same limit applies on every chain.

  • Below the threshold: trades and triggered orders execute instantly.
  • Above it: you confirm each trade with your password in the Torch app.
  • There is also a rolling hourly budget (a multiple of your threshold). When it is used up the bot asks for your password until it resets.

Changing the threshold itself always requires your password. /threshold jumps straight to this screen.

Pick a threshold that matches what you would be comfortable losing to a fat-finger or a bad fill; you can always raise it later.

Default slippage

Presets 0.5% · 1% · 2% · 5% · 10% or custom. Default is 2%. Values above 5% show a warning. Per-trade overrides on the buy/sell screens do not change this default.

Update Wallet Policies

Installs the latest permission set on your wallet (needed after Torch adds a chain or router). Requires your password. If trades start failing with Wallet security policies out of date, this is the fix.
