Account & wallets
Signing in, passwords, keys, deposits, withdrawals and what happens to your wallets.
Yes, if you sign in to the Terminal with the same Telegram account. Same wallets, balances, positions, orders and rewards. If you sign in to the Terminal with a browser wallet instead, that's a separate account unless you link it.
You do. Your wallets are held in secure hardware by Turnkey, and Torch never sees your private key. Torch can only sign everyday trades into your own wallet, up to the limit you set. See Security & custody.
One EVM address works on Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, BNB, Ink, Stable and Arc (same address, separate balances per chain). Solana uses a different kind of address, so you have a separate Solana address.
If you sent to your EVM address on another EVM chain, the funds are still yours: your EVM address is the same on every EVM chain. Switch to that chain in Torch to see and use them.
This doesn't work between ecosystems: funds sent from an EVM chain to your Solana address (or from Solana to your EVM address) don't arrive. If you sent from an exchange on a network Torch doesn't support, contact that exchange.
Copy your address from /wallets in the bot or Deposit in the Terminal, and send funds on the matching chain. Always send a little of the chain's gas token too (ETH, SOL, BNB…), because every transaction needs some.
Sending funds out of Torch, especially to an address you haven't used before, always needs your password. That's on purpose: even if someone got into your Telegram, they couldn't send your funds away.
No. Torch never knows your password, so it can't reset it. If you exported your keys, import them into any wallet app (for example MetaMask for EVM, Phantom for Solana) and your funds are there. Export your keys today if you haven't.
/exportkey in the bot, or Account → Export in the Terminal. The key is decrypted on your own device. Export both the EVM and the Solana key. Anyone with a key controls those funds, so store it offline and never share it.
Trades below this amount sign automatically, so buying and selling is fast. Anything above asks for your password. Set it with /threshold (bot) or in Terminal settings. Pick an amount you'd be okay with.
Torch added a new chain or exchange, and your wallet's allow-list needs your one-time approval before automatic trades can use it. Tap Update and confirm with your password; it takes a few seconds. Password-confirmed actions keep working in the meantime.
To stop people mass-creating accounts, each network connection can create only a limited number of new Torch accounts per day. If you already have an account, sign in with that one. Otherwise try again tomorrow or from a different connection.
Yes, to sign in to the Terminal and approve actions. Your trading balance still lives in your Torch wallet. You can also add other addresses as watch-only wallets to see them in your portfolio.
Only if you choose. Private profiles show as an anonymous name, never appear in Top holders, Top callers or leaderboards, and never show amounts. You can also keep a public profile but hide dollar amounts.
