The ten we hear most
Every Solana transaction costs a tiny fee in SOL, even swapping USDC into SOL. If your Solana wallet holds only USDC, nothing can move. Send about 0.01 SOL to your Torch Solana address (see /wallets in the bot, or Wallets in the Terminal) and try again. Nothing was spent.
No. The bridge worked and your money is safe on the token's chain. The buy right after couldn't complete (the price moved, or price impact needed your confirmation). Tap Buy again: it's now a normal buy on that chain.
Tap the refresh button on your wallet or portfolio. Right after a trade, a deposit or a bridge it can take a few seconds for every chain to show the new balance. Your funds on chain are what count, and your explorer link always shows the truth.
The price at the top is the live price you'll trade at. Charts come from market-data providers and can lag a little on fast-moving coins. Right after a coin moves to a new pool, the chart may still show the old one; Torch then tells you its history has ended and the header price is live.
Trades under your auto-approve limit sign automatically. Bigger trades, withdrawals to a new address, launches, claims and key exports always ask for your password. You can change the limit with /threshold in the bot or in Terminal settings.
Torch can't reset it, because Torch never knows it. If you exported your private keys, you can import them into any wallet app and your funds are there. That's why we ask everyone to export their keys once and keep them safe.
Your trade is large compared to the token's pool, so it would move the price a lot against you. Use a smaller amount, or press Buy anyway if you understand the cost. Nothing happens until you choose.
You tried to spend (almost) your whole balance. Every transaction needs a little of the chain's gas token on top of the amount. Nothing was sent. Try a slightly smaller amount, or use Max, which leaves room for gas automatically.
Torch launchpad tokens always have an address ending in 1111, and their page shows Token info → Launch details. Names and logos can be copied by anyone; the address can't.
Cashback and referral: the Rewards page in the Terminal, or /cashback and /referral in the bot (from $5 per chain). Holder rewards from Torch launches: Claim all on your Profile or the Rewards page in the Terminal.
Torch will never DM you first
No one from Torch will ask for your password, private key or a "wallet verification". Anyone who does is a scammer.
